Our goal is to help your organization raise money with NO MONEY out of pocket for you!

Agreement of Terms:

I agree that this is not a binding contract and it is just an inquiry as to set up a Fund Raising Event between my organization and Jumparoo Inflatables, LLC.

This Fund Raising event if agreed to will cost my organization $0.

My organization agrees to collect all the proceeds and is liable for all the taxes due in the State of Alabama.

My organization will pay Jumparoo Inflatables, LLC the agreed percentage due at the end of the event.  The proceeds paid will be taken out of the Gross amount collected.

My organization agrees to reimburse Jumparoo Inflatables the cost of supplies used, ie Cotton Candy, Popcorn etc AT COST to Jumparoo Inflatables, LLC.
